Export Customs Clearance
- Client guidance on customs tax treatment;
- Pre-shipment analysis of export documents based on copies provided by the client;
- Pre-calculation of expenses and advance forecast;
- Registration of the Export Declaration (DU-E) in Siscomex, prepared in accordance with the current customs regulations and requirements;
- Handling all procedures with the Federal Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies necessary for the specific process;
- Monitoring the physical inspection of the goods during customs clearance when required by parameterization;
- Sending documents to the importer/agent abroad;
- Closing the entire process, including the presentation of the Service Invoice and a complete activity report for the exporter’s verification and control, along with the original documents and receipts.
Import Customs Clearance
- Client guidance on customs tax treatment;
- Pre-shipment review of all import documentation based on copies provided by the client;
- Issuance of import licenses whenever necessary;
- Pre-calculation of expenses and advance forecast;
- Registration of the Import Declaration in Siscomex, in strict accordance with the mandatory customs regulations and requirements, with the applicable taxes and fees debited from the importer’s account;
- Handling all procedures with the Federal Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies necessary for the specific process;
- Monitoring the physical inspection of the goods during customs clearance when required by parameterization;
- Delivery of all documents to the carrier for the transit of goods after release;
- Closing the entire process, including the presentation of the Service Invoice and a complete activity report for the importer’s verification and control, along with the original nationalization documents and receipts for the transported goods.
